1. Information we collect
When you create an ACE Atlanta account, we collect your name, email address, and optional profile information such as your NTRP rating, zip code, and playing preferences. We also collect match results, Elo ratings, and scheduling data as part of league operations. If you arrive through one of our tagged links or from another website, or tell us how you heard about ACE, we keep that with your account so we can see which outreach brings players in.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the league: placing you in skill-appropriate divisions, facilitating match scheduling, tracking standings and ratings, and sending you notifications about your matches and league activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Authentication
We use Clerk for authentication. When you sign in with Google or another OAuth provider, we receive your name and email from that provider. We do not receive or store your Google password.
4. Data sharing
Your name, NTRP rating, and match results are visible to other league members as part of standings and match history. Your email address and contact details are never displayed publicly. We use third-party services for email delivery (Resend), error tracking (Sentry), and analytics (PostHog).
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@aceatlantatennis.com.
