Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ACE Atlanta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
ACE Atlanta is a competitive tennis league platform for the Atlanta metropolitan area. We provide league management, match scheduling, score tracking, player ratings, and partner discovery. The platform is provided as-is during our beta period.
3. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, show up for scheduled matches or communicate in advance if you cannot, submit honest scores, and treat other players with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these standards.
4. Match results and ratings
Match scores and Elo ratings are tracked automatically. Both players must confirm scores. Disputed scores are reviewed by league administrators. Ratings are used for division placement and are visible to other league members.
5. Defaults and forfeits
Failure to schedule or play a match by its deadline may result in a default loss. Repeated defaults may lead to removal from the season.
6. Limitation of liability
ACE Atlanta facilitates match scheduling and court suggestions but is not responsible for injuries, facility conditions, or disputes between players. Participation in league activities is at your own risk.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
